1. Introduction
Welcome to www.sunlinecleaning.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by Sunline Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), a professional cleaning and handyman company operating in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide
Sunline Cleaning offers the following services to residential clients in Winnipeg, MB: furniture and upholstery dry cleaning, regular and deep house and apartment cleaning, and handyman services including minor home repairs, furniture assembly, mounting, and other small maintenance tasks. The specific scope of work, pricing, and timing for each service are determined on an individual basis and confirmed with the client prior to the start of work.

3. Service Area
Our services are available exclusively within the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and surrounding areas. Service availability for locations outside of Winnipeg is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline service requests for addresses outside our coverage area.

4. Booking and Appointments
Services can be booked through our website contact form, by phone at +1 (204) 869-4797, or by email at office@sunlinecleaning.com. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the date, time, scope of work, and estimated cost. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from a Sunline Cleaning representative. We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time; however, slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments running longer than expected. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The final price is determined based on the type of service, the scope and complexity of the work, the size and condition of the area or items to be serviced, and any additional requests made by the client. We provide estimates prior to beginning work. In some cases, the final price may differ from the initial estimate if the actual scope of work differs from what was originally described by the client. Any significant changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, e-Transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price to cover scheduling and preparation costs. No-shows without any prior notice will be charged the full quoted amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.

7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver our services effectively and safely, the client agrees to provide accurate and complete information when booking, including the correct address, the scope of work, and any relevant details about the condition of the property or items. The client is responsible for securing any valuables, fragile items, important documents, and personal belongings before our arrival. The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and the areas where services will be performed. If pets are present at the property, the client should inform us in advance and ensure they are secured during the service. The client must disclose any known hazards, damages, or conditions that may affect the safety of our team or the quality of the service.

8. Our Responsibilities
Sunline Cleaning commits to performing all services with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. We use industry-standard equipment, cleaning products, and techniques appropriate for each task. Our team members are trained, experienced, and respectful of your property and privacy. We carry out work in accordance with the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. If any issues arise during the service, we will communicate them to you immediately.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion at +1 (204) 869-4797 or office@sunlinecleaning.com. We will arrange a re-clean or re-service of the affected areas at no additional charge. Satisfaction claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and must relate to the scope of work originally agreed upon. We reserve the right to inspect the area in question before proceeding with any corrective work.

10. Liability and Damages
Sunline Cleaning takes great care when working in your home. However, in the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property as a direct result of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will assess the situation and, where our liability is confirmed, arrange for repair or provide reasonable compensation. Our total liability for any claim arising from a single service visit shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that particular service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage to fragile or unstable items that were not disclosed prior to service, damage resulting from faulty or defective surfaces, materials, or furniture, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Access to Property
By booking our services, you authorize our team to enter and work within the designated areas of your property. If you will not be present during the service, you must arrange access in advance by providing a key, access code, or other entry method. Sunline Cleaning is not responsible for any lockouts, alarm activations, or access issues that arise from incorrect or missing access instructions provided by the client.

12. Health and Safety
The safety of our team and our clients is paramount. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a service without penalty if our team encounters unsafe conditions, including but not limited to hazardous materials, unsanitary conditions that pose a health risk, pest infestations, structural hazards, or any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at our staff. In such cases, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the point of termination.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on www.sunlinecleaning.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Sunline Cleaning and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

14. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information through our forms, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
